Shipping

Canada Post Strike & Canadian Orders - as at Oct 15th 2025

Orders are typically sent to Canada with USPS. Due to the Canada Post strike shipments have been temporarily suspended. For any Canadian customers who want to place an order there are 2 current options:

  1. We can hold the order until the strike is over and normal services resume. When the order is placed we will put aside the stock so it doesn’t sell out and then as soon as shipments restart we can send out the package.  If it’s not urgent then this is probably the best option as USPS shipments often fly under the radar for import duties. 
  2. We can send the order with UPS - however UPS does typically charge import duties/fees so this is something to consider.

General Shipping Information

Our goal is to get orders out to you as quickly as possible as we know you want your order ASAP!

We will do our best to ship all orders the same day or the next day. Orders are only shipped on Monday to Friday so if you order over a weekend it will ship on the Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We ship our products out of Des Moines, Iowa, United States. Shipping time will vary depending on where we are shipping to.

We do ship internationally.

    Shipping to USA

    • Orders over $75 qualify for FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping (3-5 Days)
    • $6.95 USPS Ground Advantage shipping for orders under $75
    • Express shipping option is $11.95 - We ship out of Iowa and the express shipping timeframe varies depending on location and is usually 2 or 3 days.

    Shipping to Canada

    • Free shipping to Canada for orders over $150
    • $25 flat rate shipping for orders under $150
    • We ship to Canada with USPS or UPS - shipping times are normally 8-15 days
    • Some countries charge duties and taxes on imported shipments - the buyer is responsible for paying any import duties/taxes.

    Shipping to Europe

    • Due to recent changes in tariff and packaging laws in many European countries we no longer ship to most of Europe. As a small business it is just logistically too difficult for us to ship to these countries. 
    • The only countries we still ship to are UK, Norway and the Netherlands.
    • We do not collect VAT or duties on orders placed on our website. Customers will be responsible for payment of VAT and duties on all orders. Shipments may experience delays on import for VAT processing.
    • Orders placed on our Etsy store will have VAT collected at time of order. We do recommend ordering via our Etsy story as it will mean no further amounts will be due on import.

    Shipping to Rest of World

    • Free shipping for orders over $250
    • $40 flat rate shipping for orders under $250

    • Some countries charge duties and taxes on imported shipments - the buyer is responsible for paying these duties/taxes
